Terms of service.

Lashes are included in all makeup services.

50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking.

A consultation form will be provided for you to fill out at the beginning of your appointment.

For bridal services we will go through a 30 minutes consultation before the bridal trial to discuss what kind of looks you want and a contract will be filled out at the end of the trial attached with a calculated invoice for you to review.

For bridal appointments a 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid within 14 days after signing the contract and you must book your bridal appointment no later than 1 month before your wedding date. The earlier the better.

Any bridal appointments requested within less than 4 months of your wedding date may still be available but is subject to approval and will require a full payment at the time of booking depending on the date requested.

If you require a payment plan for your bridal appointment you can request this on the date of your consultation and we can work out a payment plan to suite your needs.

The bridal package comes with a complementary touch-up kit, for any other appointment you have the option to add this for an extra $15 when booking.

A travel fee will be added for a services at a $20 flat rate within a 15km radius, anything over will require additional charges.

If you require travel bookings you must select “YES” in the intake form and I will reach out to you to arrange the payment.

In the event that the booking is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.

Any clients 15 minutes late will be charged the full price of the appointment, with the right to reschedule.

In the event that something is damaged during your service (equipment, makeup spills, etc.) we are not held responsible.

Please arrive with a bare face and a makeup idea in mind to prevent a prolonged appointment.

For hair appointments please arrive with clean washed hair and completely product free.

If you require any specific or special arrangements for your appointment please let me know as soon as possible.

You can also attach images of your desired looks on the intake form otherwise we can discuss the look at the appointment time.
